Catch a trout "on the fly" in gin clear waters, before a unique cookery experience, and masterclass in preparing and curing your very own catch

What you will do

We start with a 4hr guided fly fishing experience at the gin like waters of Chalk Springs Trout Fishery nestled on the edge of the historic market town of Arundel. After a little basic instruction we will cast our fly for the first time Once our fishing time has elapsed we head over to Fins & Forks HQ for an afternoon of fish cooking (& eating) including curing your catch for the smoker. Once smoked we will post it to you ready for brunch

What's included

1 Trout guaranteed per person- even if you don't catch it yourself! We provide all fishing equipment, food & drink, cooking equipment & aprons.

What I might need

Sensible robust footwear, plenty of layers (in colder months) sunscreen (in warmer months), waterproof clothing, prescription glasses/sunglasses where applicable

Cancellation policy
