Experience one of the most beautiful and remote-feeling stretches of the South West Coast Path on a guided walk from Lansallos to Polruan. After a short bus ride to the trail, your route follows rugged cliff tops, crosses small streams and passes above the breathtaking Lantic Bay, known for its white sands and turquoise water. With sweeping views of bays, beaches and dramatic headlands, this is a walk rich in scenery and atmosphere, with the chance to spot seals and grazing ponies along the way.

This 4.5-mile hike includes several moderate climbs, mostly on steps, with a total ascent of around 360 metres. From Pencarrow, enjoy far-reaching views across St Austell Bay to Dodman Point and, on clear days, even as far as the Lizard. Looking east, you can gaze toward Polperro and the coastline beyond. Time permitting, the walk may finish with an optional visit to the well-preserved 14th century blockhouse at Polruan.
